"The Professor" recruits a team of eight skilled criminals to execute an ambitious plan to rob the Royal Mint of Spain. Their goal is to print and steal 2.4 billion euros while taking 67 hostages inside the Mint. The group, each using a city name as an alias, faces intense challenges as they navigate complex relationships, personal conflicts, and unforeseen complications. As tensions rise inside and outside the Mint, the robbers must deal with law enforcement and their own psychological struggles to pull off the perfect heist.
